We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Hyde Park Corner tube station and a short walk to the Bond Street store where we made a purchase. The staff provided excellent service, and we were impressed by their attention to detail and personalized care. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was pure luxury. Our suite was opulent with exquisite furnishings that were well-coordinated. the bathroom was well-equipped with an afabulous scent that envelops the senses. the staff here were incredibly helpful, and we could not fault their attitude towards customer care. the spa centre had a plethora of exclusive amenities that left us feeling revitalised after indulging in a fabulous that body scrub we immensely enjoyed.
There was only one minor problem here, and that was the fact that the restaurant had limited menu options. But this was not a big issue as the quality and taste of the meals were outstanding.

The Lanesborough was great with its beautiful old building and excellent facilities. The restaurant, Celeste, was excellent and the bar and tea room were equally amazing. The staff were nice and always friendly, creating a calm and cute atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.
